The Course - 18th Hole - 379 Yards PAR 4

Many holes to remember so far, and most visitors will surely add the last to that list. A medium length par 4, downhill all the way with fairway sloping right to left and the wind mostly from left to right. An old oak tree near left will tend to push drives into the right hand trees, where sideways to the fairway is the order of the day. 280 yards from the tee will reach the pond. The only level lie is an area 5 yards square called the plateau, lots of players try to get there with their second shot, having failed to hit a good enough first. Even a good drive leaves a hanging lie for the shot in to a green that needs thinking about, especially with the gallery watching from the Clubhouse
